Participation in Mahjongg games, lessons, tournaments, open play sessions, social events, workshops, and other activities offered by Mahj Theory Collective is voluntary. Guests and members assume all risks associated with participation and are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings.

 

Mahj Theory Collective reserves the right to modify schedules, pricing, membership benefits, programs, policies, events, and services at any time without prior notice. However, pricing for active annual memberships will remain unchanged for the duration of the current membership term. Founding Member pricing will remain the same for the lifetime of the membership, provided the membership remains active and in good standing.

        1.      MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Membership benefits, pricing, and offerings may be modified at any time at the discretion of Mahj Theory Collective.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
        2.      LESSONS, EVENTS, AND OPEN PLAY
Reservations may be required for lessons, tournaments, open play sessions, and special events.
Mahj Theory Collective reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event, lesson, or program.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, members, and guests.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
        3.      CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Lesson, event, and reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a credit or rescheduling opportunity.
No-shows and late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Retail merchandise may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
        4.      RETAIL SALES
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Mahj Theory Collective reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
        5.      ALCOHOL SERVICE
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests who are 21 years of age or older and present valid identification upon request.
Mahj Theory Collective reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest for any lawful reason.
Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly.
        6.      ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guests and members voluntarily participate in all activities offered by Mahj Theory Collective and assume any risks associated with such participation.
Mahj Theory Collective shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises except as required by applicable law.
        7.      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
